Refund policy

We urge all of our customers to please measure themselves and check their size against the item size chart before making an order.

Preorders cannot be cancelled or refunded once ordered. Please do not preorder any items that you are unsure about.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 15 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

While we are able to accept returns, in the event a customer would like an exchange we ask that they please order the item they would like to exchange it for themselves after confirming a return. We are unable to guarantee stock so please kindly make sure to measure yourself before making a purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Hime girl is not liable for any shipped out items.

Once your item is shipped out, it is entirely out of our hands. We are not able to offer refunds due to issues such as incorrect addresses or customers not being available at time of delivery.
